John's path to real estate started early. Growing up in Fendalton and Merivale, property was always part of the picture.
As a kid growing up in Fendalton and Merivale, weekends meant open homes, Hagley Park bike rides, and a deep curiosity for the homes shaping the city he loved.

After the Christchurch earthquakes, John trained as a builder and worked in the city's rebuild. That hands-on understanding of construction and design informs how he approaches every property today. It is a practical, considered perspective that helps sellers present their homes properly and gives buyers confidence in what they are seeing.
